US-130S Transformer vacuum furnace
The transformer vacuum furnace US-130S is designed for thermal vacuum drying of oil-filled transformer winding insulation during transformer manufacturing, repair, and maintenance. The unit also allows vacuum filling of transformers with transformer oil through a dedicated oil filling pipeline. The US-130S is used at transformer manufacturing plants, repair facilities, and for drying electromechanical equipment with a maximum operating temperature of up to 130°C.
The transformer vacuum furnace combines controlled heating and vacuum treatment to ensure efficient moisture removal from transformer insulation. The drying chamber is heated by oil-heated tubular radiators with an internal air circulation system driven by high-temperature centrifugal fans. The vacuum system reduces pressure inside the chamber, accelerates water evaporation, and significantly shortens the drying process. The released moisture is collected and removed by an integrated condensation system.
The US-130S is equipped with an electric loading and unloading system for transformer active parts. The chamber doors operate in automatic or manual mode and provide reliable sealing through hydraulic clamping cylinders and a sealing gasket.
The transformer vacuum furnace US-130S is controlled by an automated PLC-based system with a touchscreen interface. The control system enables real-time monitoring and adjustment of drying temperature and vacuum level, ensuring stable and repeatable drying parameters throughout the entire process.
