USB-3 Bitumen modification unit 16 m3/hour production capacity
Increasing in demand requires increasing production capabilities. For large volumes of production, GlobeCore offers bitumen modification unit with a production capacity of 16m3/h.
Rise of production capabilities implies the rise of energy consumption or a reduction of the equipment service life, due to increase load work. Such problems will not appear, since the unit is equipped with a double stream process technology that reduces the load on the shearing part of the mill, prolonging the life of the mill and reducing energy consumption.
We guarantee maximum output and high quality of the manufactured product, considering the compatibility of bitumen and added polymers, as polymers absorb oil and transform binder into an elastomer, which increases the elasticity of bitumen.
